Stay up to date with the Alloway Netball Club season. Below you will find key dates for the Bundaberg Netball Association winter season, including grading, carnival dates, and finals.

2026 Winter Season Overview

• Registrations Open: February 2026

• Season Commencement: 18 April 2026

• Junior State Age (Sunshine Coast): 5–8 July 2026

• Grand Final Day: 29 August 2026

Weekly Schedule

• Saturdays: Game days at the Bundaberg Superpark Netball Complex, Enid Ethel Drive.

• Training: Mid-week sessions as coordinated by individual team coaches and managers.

Canteen Roster

As a club built on the efforts of "all-round helpers," the canteen is our primary way of supporting the association and raising funds for our players. Providing volunteers for our allocated canteen shifts is a requirement for all teams throughout the season.

How the Roster Works

Each Alloway team will be assigned specific time slots to staff the canteen at the Bundaberg Netball Association courts.

• Team Responsibility: Your Team Manager will notify you when your team is "on duty."

• Participation: We ask that at least two parents/volunteers from the scheduled team attend each shift.

• Shift Duration: Typically, shifts run for approximately 1 to 2 hours, ensuring you don't miss your own child's game.

Canteen Roster

Please mark these dates in your calendar if your team is scheduled for duty - check with your team manager for the specific time slot for regular rounds:

• Saturday 21st March - Grading rounds (14:00 – 15:00)

• Saturday 28th March - Grading rounds (16:00 – 17:00)

• Saturday 11th July - Round 11

• Saturday 18th July - Round 12

• Saturday 25th July - Round 13

• Saturday 22nd August - Prelims (16:30 – 17:30)

• Saturday 29th August - Finals (15:30 – 16:30)

Volunteer Guidelines

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your shift starts for a quick induction.

• Closed-in shoes must be worn at all times for safety.

• If you are unable to make your rostered shift, please coordinate a swap with another parent in your team as early as possible.
